HG Launches New 1200kVA Modular UPS – High-Reliability Infrastructure for Data Center Power Protection

HG Group has officially unveiled its new-generation HPM1200/100 modular UPS system. The unit adopts a maximum 1200kVA expandable cabinet frame matched with independent 100kVA power modules and a 2+1 redundant backup design, delivering stable power supply for large-scale IDCs and industrial computing facilities with critical loads.

All power modules, control units and bypass modules support live hot-swap maintenance without system shutdown. The dual redundant control design eradicates single-point failures to maximize power continuity and simplify routine maintenance work.

This all-in-one UPS integrates input, output, static bypass and maintenance bypass switches, eliminating extra external distribution cabinets and lowering on-site wiring and construction costs. It is compatible with lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries, with configurable battery strings from 30 to 50 pieces. Parallel units can share a single battery pack, helping clients reduce capital expenditure and save computer room floor space.

Fitted with a 7-inch HD color touch panel, the device monitors full operational metrics in real time, such as input & output parameters, bypass status, load percentage, battery voltage and estimated backup time. Advanced functions including rectifier delayed startup, adjustable input current limitation and intelligent fan speed regulation are embedded. All performance metrics meet international authoritative testing standards with excellent energy-saving performance.

With core advantages of high reliability, flexible capacity expansion, convenient maintenance and high operating efficiency, the HPM1200/100 modular UPS serves wide application scenarios covering data centers, government and enterprise server rooms, hospitals, schools, smart manufacturing workshops and financial sites.

In the long run, HG Group will continue to invest in power and energy infrastructure R&D, supplying complete UPS and supporting power distribution integrated solutions to safeguard the stable operation of global digital infrastructure.
